What is the shipping policy?
In-Stock Merchandise:
Items in stock are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days for Standard shipping.
Orders placed with Premium or Express shipping before 5pm ET will ship the next business day.
Backorders:
If an item is currently out of stock, the expected shipping time will be provided at checkout or by email.
Jewelry:
Jewelry cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes and must be sent to a street address.
UPS Access Points:
You can use a nearby UPS Access Point to ship and receive packages.
Multiple Shipments:
If your order is filled from multiple locations, items may arrive separately without additional shipping charges.
You’ll be charged separately for each shipment as it ships.
Carriers:
Bloomingdale’s uses FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DoorDash to deliver orders.
USPS is the only option for P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.
Beauty Restrictions:
Aerosols, pressurized sprays, and alcohol-based beauty products can only be shipped via Standard Ground due to air transport regulations.
