- When can I expect my order to be delivered?
If you selected home delivery, Aramex will deliver your order to your address within 1 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times may be extended in remote areas. Additionally, since courier services don’t operate on official and public holidays, your delivery will occur on the next business day following the holiday.
- How can I track my order? Where is my Order?
You will receive a notification SMS once your order arrives at the sorting center in the destination city. You can track your order through the courier tracking link included in the SMS. Registered customers can also log into their ‘my account’ section and click on the order tracking link for the specific order. For guest customers, order status can be tracked by selecting the “Non-member Order Tracking” section located in the footer of the homepage.
- How do I use a discount or campaign code?
