Return and Exchange Policy
- Customers are entitled to exchange the product received from the store within seven days from the date of receipt. Exchanges are not allowed after this period.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition. Products cannot be exchanged once the original packaging has been removed. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before the exchange to ensure its condition. The customer is responsible for a delivery fee of 50 SAR if they wish to exchange the product.
Customers are not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:
- If more than 7 business days have passed since the order was received.
- If the product is not in its original condition.
- If a defect in the product is due to misuse by the customer.
Refund Policy
- Customers have the right to return the product received from the store within three days from the date of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition. No product can be returned once the original packaging has been removed. The store has the right to inspect the product before processing the return to ensure its condition. The customer is responsible for shipping and return costs, which amount to 35 SAR.
Customers are not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
- If more than 3 business days have passed.
- If the product is not in its original condition.
- Products purchased during promotional sales or discounts cannot be returned.
- If the product intended for return is part of a package or set, the customer cannot return just a part of the package; the entire package must be returned.
