- How long does the return process take?
Once you’ve submitted an online return request, the process is conducted in 3 simple steps.
Pick-up: It takes 2-4 working days to arrange and pick up the item(s) you want to return.
Process: Once received, it takes up to 2 working days for Bath & Body Works to perform a quality check and issue the refund.
Refund: After the refund is processed, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 14 working days to complete the refund transaction.
Bath & Body Works will issue the refund back to your original payment method once they receive and process the returned item(s).
Online returns can only be initiated by registered Bath & Body Works customers, not guest users
Registered customers can only have one active return request per order at a time
If you change your mind, you can cancel the return request before the 14-day return window closes
Return requests cannot be edited – you’d need to cancel the existing one and start a new one .
