- What is your return/Exchange policy?
- Return/Exchange requests can only be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The return/exchange item should be in its original condition, not used, and still has its original tag.

Returns are picked up within 5 – 7 working days, and your e-Wallet credit will be processed within 48 hours..
- How can I cancel an item or the entire order?

- Select Cancel order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number/AWB of the shipment
