- The inventory available in Bloomingdale’s stores may vary by location, and not all online items are carried in all physical stores.
- Online purchases cannot be exchanged at a Bloomingdale’s Outlet store.
- If the item you’re exchanging was received as a gift, Bloomingdale’s will send you a gift card once they receive your return.
- Merchandise sold and shipped by third-party sellers cannot be exchanged. You’ll need to return and purchase your preferred item separately.
