Q: What is your return/Exchange policy?

Similar to shopping in stores, you can open the package to examine the items and try them on. Please keep the original packaging and return it along with the product.
Avoid trying on items if you have applied perfumes, heavily scented shaving lotions, or deodorants that may leave stains.
Do not wear shoes outdoors; they should be free from dirt and scuff marks on the soles. Make sure to keep the tags attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, bathing suits, underwear, and stockings cannot be returned. This return policy does not affect your legal rights concerning damaged products.

First, add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket. Then, enter the code in the “Discount Code” field located on the right side of the basket page and click “Add.” If your cart meets the campaign requirements, the discount will be deducted from the total amount.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

If you selected home delivery, Aramex will deliver your order to your address within 1 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery times may be extended in remote areas. Additionally, since courier services don’t operate on official and public holidays, your delivery will occur on the next business day following the holiday.
